Wadley Construction was incorporated in 1997 with a B-2 General Contractor’s license in Nevada with 3 employees. Today, Wadley Construction has downsized from its peak during the housing boom, and is focused on Federal Contracting for Small Businesses.
The owner of the company, Bill Wadley, grew up in very poor and difficult beginnings and consequently has a heart for IMPACTing people as others have done to change the path of his life. He was enlisted in the Army and had the opportunity to get a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from West Point and an MBA from Augusta State University.
The mission of the company is to "positively IMPACT its customers, team members and community." This mission and our core values guide every employee's daily decision making and actions.
Wadley Construction is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Wadley has been the leading aggregate supplier in Las Vegas, NV. In June of 2009, the Company began its diversification into General Contracting while engaging in a quest to become a "Premier Government Contractor". Since then, Wadley Construction has been awarded four Department of Defense, two Army Corps of Engineers, and one US Fish and Wildlife contracts. We have also worked with other commercial subcontracts such as landscaping for the North Las Vegas VA Hospital. Our past performance is exemplary, and we will continue to expand our client base of federal agencies..
